!!HONEST REVIEW PLEASE READ BEFORE FULLY COMMITTING!! This is 100% my honest review/ opinion living at alinium for our 15 month lease term. I’m writing this review in hopes to warn others about issues that you might not see at first. Im starting with the CONS as there were more than the pros. Electric bills - We were in a 950sqft freeman upper with our highest electric bill being almost $500 in the winter months. (70° during day 68° at night) There units are not properly sealed and therefore have major drafts leading to high energy bills. We added window seal and they blew out like a balloon but somewhat helped with the bills. We also slowly moved out a month early to be able to move everything and clean our unit and with this we left the heat down to 65° and all lights were shut off not
Far more bad then good, don't move in here. Upon signing a lease you are mandated to pay for their incredibly crappy internet, you have no access to the router unless you pay an installation fee and buy your own router, then somehow the internet is even worse. On top of poor internet, you are required to use different apps with horrible user interfaces, one to pay rent and one to put in service requests. The pool is nice enough but definitely not heated and often dirty. My apartment had a nice open layout and high ceilings. The floor panels only look nice, upon close inspection you can see that everything is cheap in quality and the the flooring peels up at the corners and separates. In all fairness the maintenance team are kind and take care of your issues in a timely manner, no complaint
I urge anyone considering this community to carefully consider elsewhere before signing a lease. As a medical professional who lived here briefly, I was deeply disappointed by the overall quality and management. Main issues I experienced: Noise: Extremely/severely poor building construction. You can hear your neighbors’ every step, which makes for a frustrating living experience. Pets: Animals defecate throughout the property, and many owners do not clean up after them. When I moved in, I found feces stuck to the faux grass and even a bag of pet waste by my front door—that remained during my entire lease duration. Appliances & finishes: Outdated, low-quality appliances with broken knobs. The interiors need serious updating. Staffing & communication: The leasing office is rarely staffed
We really liked the floor plan with 2 bed /2 bath on lower level with a garage! Small dog fence would also be great! Savannah Hill did a fantastic job showing us around! We look forward to moving in May!!!
Good luck with water damaged walls in both the bedrooms and kitchens! This apartment complex is riddled with problems, from numerous broken amenities to limited access of office staff. Worst is how they handle issues. This winter a pipe burst in the apartment above me and flooded both my kitchen and bedroom. They failed to take any appropriate action for over 2 weeks! Ceiling lights were flickering or nonfunctional, walls were soaked as was the floor / carpet! Their excuse was that several other people had their apartments flood that week as well (there were reports of pipe bursts all the time! Often it was the fire safety system and they would turn off the entire building system when this would happen and go how long I don’t know!) When they did try to fix some of the damage, they
