The Domain at Bennett Farms - Zionsville

Phenomenal and professional. Mikayla was extremely accommodating and made sure my transition into the community was seamless. I would highly recommend this community and the leasing staff as a whole to upcoming candidates who are looking for a great place to rest their heads.

I recently moved into The Domain at Bennett Farms, and it’s been a great experience so far! While I found the apartment on my own, the move-in and onboarding process was super smooth and easy — all thanks to the awesome team here. Huge thanks to Alysia and Alicia for being so helpful, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions I had. They really made me feel at home from day one. Great staff, great service, and a great place to live — definitely recommend The Domain at Bennett Farms!

Best apartments in Zionsville! Clean, well-maintained, and full of wonderful amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful and efficient—Mikayla and Alicia are amazing in the front office, and Chris is fantastic with maintenance. The community feels safe, homey, and quiet, and the location truly can’t be beat. The yard options for residents with dogs are an added bonus and absolutely amazing!

I have lived here going on 3 years and I can certainly say that the customer service is one of the many reasons I am still here. Chris the head of maintenance is always there when needed and always going above and beyond to ensure a quality of life that everyone enjoys. Seems like he is working 7 days a week and always doing extra. Alisha in the office is just as wonderful and she always has a great attitude and will do whatever she can to make the property better. Thank you!

I feel you need 6 stars instead of 5. I feel Mikayla and Alicia made sure that I had everything I needed even when I was in a tough spot. It couldn't have been easier. If I owned a company I would hire them immediately. I love this apartment. I have looked at a lot of apartments in Zionsville, and this floorplan is far superior.
