Westhaven Luxury Apartments in Zionsville

I’ve lived here since 2023. Pricey for the square footage for a one bedroom. However, Westhaven is located in Zionsville which overall cost of living here is higher. I feel safe here. Never had any safety concerns. Dog park has a lot of poop left from other owners. Have mentioned this but issue is never resolved. The gate for lawn care access is missing the ground pole. The gate could easily be pushed open. A dog ran out recently and tried to attack mine who were leashed while on a walk. A report to the office was made about the incident that occurred back in June. Office said they would fix the gate and never did. As I check it every day when I take my dogs there to make sure it is latched. Most of the time it is not, even when latched it could still be pushed open by a dog inside the dog

I lived here for a year in 2023-2024. Biggest pro for me was the maintenance team, they were very responsive to any tickets I submitted and did a good job trying to solve the issue. Good location and price for Zionsville and lots of restaurants and stores on Whitestown parkway which is a plus. The biggest con for me was the apartment gym was small and didn’t have much equipment and at the time I lived here there were no other gyms nearby.

I transferred to a larger unit at Westhaven Apartments in October 2024. I was clearly told by the leasing office that my lease end date (originally August 2025) would stay the same. Trusting their word, I moved in — but only when I submitted my move-out notice recently did I find out they had changed my lease to end in December 2025, without my knowledge. I would never have agreed to that — my work contract ends in August and I planned to move. I feel misled and taken advantage of. When I raised the issue, management insisted the lease was “legally binding” and refused to make it right. This experience has caused a lot of stress and legal trouble for me. I have now filed a civil complaint in court to seek relief. Please be careful. Always ask for everything in writing and read the fine

I've lived in a number of apartments, and this one was the best by far. I actively miss this place. The location cannot be beat, it's relatively quiet, the office staff is courteous. There's a bunch of trees and the neighboring houses and neighborhood are stellar. Only thing I would change is how trash service was done, but it does make sense given the layout and resources available. Also massive props to Spencer at the office - I'm pretty sure that's his name, I don't want to put the last name out for obvious reasons. I moved away from here a couple years ago - a pay service screwed up and sent a package I was looking forward to to this old address. He handled my request regarding it, as I had made a few calls. I am so impressed by the staff and these apartments. I placed an inquiry 2 months ago and the staff consistently followed up with me until I was ready to move. I also needed to move in earlier than expected and Garrett was very responsive and got me moved in on the day I requested even though it was last minute. Upon move in, I found my apartment to be flawless. The apartment is gorgeous and the complex itself is very clean and safe. I feel so at home here and am so glad the staff followed up with me. I am happy to call westhaven my new home! My kids are also so happy to have their own rooms& bathrooms. The layout of the apartments is perfect.
