Woodland Place Apartments

The price is very reasonable. Everything is in good repair. They have a great maintenance team. I really love the pool. It's the nicest apartment pool I've seen! A great size. They communicate well, and whenever they have to enter my apartment they are super quick and respectful! 1/28/26 my electronic locks battery was running low. My app sent a work order automatically. The maintenance team had it changed the next day by 10am. I didn't have to do anything! I didn't even have to put in the order. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I'm very happy with woodland place!

I moved from Missouri to these apartments. Management helped me apply and sign the lease all while I still lived in Missouri. I wasn't able to look at my apartment until I got here. I corresponded with all three Managers. I was kind of afraid after reading some of the reviews about bugs and mold. The Management was helpful and friendly. When I got here it was great meeting them in person! As far as my apartment goes I absolutely love it! It's perfect!

I’ve had a great experience living at Woodland Place! The apartments are well-kept and comfortable, but what really stands out is the maintenance team. They are quick to respond, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I live here and I love it! I moved here as a result of a toxic relationship where I was left alone with the lease and took it over myself. Subsequently, the lady's in the office were aware of my situation and have helped me and understood my situation perfectly! They are very friendly, understanding and helpful young ladies in the office. The rent is affordable, even for just me! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and lots of students! It's a Bird Scooter drop off zone, it has a pool in the summer and the actual apartments themselves are updated, clean and overall very nice! Definitely recommend!

I was very impressed at how clean everything was and how quiet it is there. Usually larger complexes like that are somewhat noisy and busy, this was isn't. Calm, quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
