The maintenance folks here are fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick. Big fan!

Overall we’ve been very happy living here the last 10 years. Maintenance is usually very cordial and prompt to getting requests completed. It’s a relatively quiet area to live- unless neighbors have dogs that bark which hasn’t really been an issue. The buildings have been updated a few times but could use a good power washing. Sometimes people don’t pick up their dog poop so we have to be careful outside when the kids play. The pool is usually cold but it’s so nice to have during the summer.

So far so good; their maintenance team has been outstanding in responding to repairs on management has been great at keeping us updated on up coming events

Shay was very friendly and answered all my questions. Didn't rush me through the tour. Very nice townhouses hoping to be a new resident there soon.

The maintenance department is awesome the response was quick and effective. I was able to get back into my kitchen with a new faucet more up to date and it looks great.
