Friendly, extremely helpful! Jessica and her boss have great customer service skills. I worked with Jessica, mostly, and she was so helpful, and knowledgeable: she answered every question I had. I wish everyone with whom I needed to talk within a situation like this would be as sweet, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with as Jessica and her fellow workers were. It was a joy. And I LOVE my apartment!
Recently moved to Midland, and the Redwood apartments are leagues above other offerings in the area. The neighborhood is cozy and welcoming, the homes are beautiful and spacious, modern appliances, amazing kitchen space. I love it here. More importantly, the staff is amazing. Meghan was very professional and responsive, and made the process from application to move-in extremely seamless. They definitely go above and beyond at this location!
