Village At Joseph's Run Apartments

We enjoyed the apartment when we first moved in but towards the end of our lease the maintenance guys would just come in unannounced. This happened 3 times in the span of a couple months. Before our lease was up they were inside the apartment when we still had belongings there and never notified us and were all suprised to see us when we came in. Honestly would not recommend these apartments if you like knowing when your landlord/maintenance guys are going to come in especially if you have children and animals!

Charged us a months rent plus more after moving out even after following all their guidelines. I loved living here the maintenance was amazing but the office are the most disrespectful people and try to sneak in broken rules against whatever it is. They also never believed me when we had issues with electricity, took three work orders for them to believe me.

This place is not only clean but has an amazing view. It has a sweet calming atmosphere as you walk around the soccer field and the lake area. The neighbors are nice and the workers as well. The neighborhood within the complex is very friendly. we are all strangers but we speak to each other as if we're friends When I needed help during new years (the office was closed) but I was able to still reach maintenance and things were solved quickly. I love how its easy to communicate with the people here. The ladies in the office are nice,easy to talk to, and very informative. Its like an ideal business like conversation that has nothing to do with machines taking the call. If something happens, they are quick to take action and thats what I appreciate about this place aside from comfortable

Everything was fine and dandy till they messed with the deposit. After moving out I received the bill for the damages to the apartment. The few I were responsible for I had no problem paying. But damages caused by maintenance that installed my washer and dryer, whom of which told me they would take care of it (never did) because it was their fault...turned out to be a lie. I sent the reply about the damages but they cut the check anyway. They are good at faking a smile, I'll give them credit for that. Its why they get one star instead of 0.

Best place to live in town. So close to everything! I am amazed at what these apartments have to offer for the price. Amenities upon amenities. Have enjoyed living here so far and the people who live here are also nice. Ariel in the office is extremely personable and very helpful.
