Rick Loose was an outstanding realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable, well connected, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job with price negotiation with the seller and got me a great deal. She was efficient and streamlined which made for a quick closing. I don’t often leave reviews- but I am really unimpressed. Ayre Rhinehart is middle man to an apartment rental I was interested in. We were told by an agent that a unit was available immediately and to put in an application, which should be processed in 3 days. After receiving an email that our application didn’t go through, we called and were told to continue checking back because they’d been “having trouble with the system.” Each time we would call we were promised a return call which we never received, or redirected to a new person who seemingly had no idea what was going on. Eventually we were notified the apartment had been pending anyways. A waste of an application fee and our time.
