⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Matt Stempki at M&S Quality Home Inspections. From the moment he arrived, Matt was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. What really stood out was how easy he made everything to understand — he didn’t just point things out, he explained why he was inspecting them and what the results meant in a way that actually made sense. Matt took the time to walk me through the home, showing me what was in good shape, what needed attention, and what could become an issue down the road if left unaddressed. He gave me practical tips on what I could safely fix myself, what to keep an eye on in the future, and which repairs would require proper permits or city inspections to be done correctly. Matt did a great job on my inspection. He got it done right away and promptly got back to me with any questions I had. The inspection report was very detailed and throughly done. Followed up and was interested in what happened. I would definitely use him again. Reasonably priced and would recommend him to anyone who needed an inspection done.

Matt with M&S was great. Prompt, communicated with each step, clear in his assessment and had us come out at the end to review with him any findings. We felt like he went above what was expected and made sure we had clear information to make our home choice with.
