We love our new home built by Lifestyle Home Builders. We needed a place quickly, one that was barrier free and stand alone condo. After looking at the model and talking with the builder we found exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was extremely easy to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Extras and changes were simple to make and the choices were endless. Timing was perfect and in a matter of months we were in our new home and loving it. After being in we even added some things and they were happy to do the work for us. I highly recommend Lifestyle for your new home!

We are in our 70s and we decided to downsize. We have lived in two condos and have loved condo living. But here was our chance to live in a stand-alone condo. We also decided we no longer wanted a basement. When I inquired about the floor plan options, I was pleased to see that there was one option for a ranch condo with 1480 ft.² and no basement. It was just what we were looking for. It took approximately six months to build and we have been in our new condo for a few months now. We do not miss that basement at all. Not even for storage. This floor plan has six closets plus an extra large walk-in pantry in the kitchen. We have so much storage space in the kitchen that we actually have empty cupboards. I have been very pleased with all aspects of our purchase experience. Our unit was under construction when we purchased it. Now that it is complete, I am anxious to make the move there. It’s beautiful.

Overall the build was a positive experience. They where responsive to my concerns but can only do so much. They have a great staff of people that are courteous and hard workers. Let me say that the front office does a great job of managing our HOA. But at some point the owners will need take this over. However so far there is no formal representation of home owners even though its clear we have sufficient ownership in the complex per the owner handbook. I've owned my home for 4 years now and just have a few suggestions and comments. Suggestions: 1) The carpet is already in need of replacement. It's worn and needs to be re-stretched. Replacement makes more sense. 2) The windows aren't the best. Its always cold when when I sit next to windows in the winter. A better grade would h
