I’ve had a great experience living at Woodcliffe Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. The management team is professional and responsive whenever there’s a question or maintenance request. Repairs are handled quickly, which I really appreciate.

I have lived in the 2x2 apartment for 2 years now. I've enjoyed my time living in this wonderful community! Super friendly people, but everyone tends to keep to themselves! It's cozy inside the apartment and truly feels like a home aside from the smaller space. I appreciate the staff and their quick, friendly, and accurate response times. Everything is great except for the occasional mold issue that pops up.

Now in my 8th year here, I still don't see any reason to live anywhere else. Coming from Michigan, I was really lucky to nab one of the Olympic view units at the top of the hill. Without the ability to visit or view the apartment, Shauna (past GM) made it really easy with no surprises. To me, the best aspect of Woodcliffe is the property surrounding it, being tucked between fields and woods, with the Tapeworm MTB Trail system running past the top and east side of the property. These bike trails are also great for hiking, and because of the switchbacks and design, you can travel miles, but still be close to home. The sunsets are stunning from the top of the hill and I can watch (but usually not hear) planes taking off from Seatac, on top of the opposite ridge. The profile of the Olympic

I have lived here at Woodcliffe Apartments for 3 years and the maintenance team has always responded in a timely manner and if it is something that needs to be scheduled they advise me when the work will be done. I am happy to have such a great maintenance team.
