If I can put a negative 1 I would cause this apartment complex staff need more training on customer service care before they hire to do the job the complex has gone through seven different management within the 4 years I lived here including don’t get me started on maintenance you’ll be waiting months end to get issues fixed in your apartment and when you take the initiative to fix the issue maintenance get on your case to you should have not fixed the issue 😂 so they want you to wait another month. But come rent time they will call and harass you to pay up and expect you to pay on time. The rent increase is every year. And make sure you don’t call the office people out they will hang up on you and treat you bad when you come into the office

I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, welcoming, and for the most part, it’s been a positive experience. That said, this recent situation has been extremely disappointing. After my water heater was replaced by the contractor, I was left with mud tracked through my bathroom, an unflushed toilet, and a broken washing machine, which already made the situation a little weird. Please let me emphasize that this was the contractor, not Windsor maintenance, just an already annoying start to the situation. Maintenance came over and confirmed the washer was indeed broken, and I was assured by Chelsea a replacement would be ordered once the property manager returned from vacation. Current management is horrible. The manager has no empathy for anyone. She doesn't treat people fairly. She is nice to you if she like you but if she doesn't she is rude to you. Do not rent at The Windsor if you want to be treated fair.

Before i Start, let me ask you a question, How often are you truly giving 5 star review? the data report is a false statement itself. This place is a scam, they will always have one room open and let new tenant applying. the new tenant will face the scam process, off course lose the application fee. However, because they have done so many times, the good bank will decline their payment, guess what, next thing you know, they will sale you off to a collector agency, and you will lose 60 points of credit and 200 something. Not worth it to hire a lawyer, because people with good income don't want to waste time, and 60 points can rebuild in a short time. for people with bad income, who is going to waste the time on them? Alot has changed here at The Windsor. There has been a ton of improvements and they are not done yet. The apartment manager Malanie is working hard to reach out and be very supportive and helpful. She answered every call i have made and will call you back if she is busy. Maintenance works so hard around here nonstop. They get the work done and in a timely manner. I have been here 4 years now.
