The Preserve at Cedar River

The leasing office lady’s are awesome! I had the opportunity to view the spacious (1 bed) apartment with Cherie Rock she had great energy and had enthusiasm for the surrounding nature. Although my current lease isn’t up until June I am thrilled to apply at a later date.

Living at The Preserve at Cedar River has been a great experience. Our apartment is quiet, spacious, and being right next to the forest makes it feel peaceful with all the fresh air. It even kept us cool through the summer, which we really appreciated. I also want to shout out Cherie Rock she’s been amazing since day one. She was a big reason we decided to move here and has been so helpful every step of the way. We have never had issues with package deliveries; and we online shop a lot. We love living here, and this has been a great transition coming from downtown Seattle. we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious peaceful place to live.

Since my gas tank was drill on the property and the property raise my bill 3 times without using any of those money for security, that about it! If I also add the fact that the management towed my car about a year ago because I parked by mistake on the leasing office parking spot, I should give you guys a -5*. Leasing office knew that that was my car and they were trying to teach me a “lesson”. That fine! Some people are ill intended by nature. If the maintenance guy was calling me to move the car instead of calling the tow, I was for sure tipping him, but he wanted “justice” serve.

Older maintenance gentleman that was here when I lived here before has always been knowledgeable and super helpful and has gone the extra mile to help me when he hasn’t had to. Today he helped me with a big package I couldn’t carry on my own which is out of his scope and took time away from what he was doing which he always has made me feel safe and I really appreciate his kindness. Love living here the office workers are great especially Cherie A lot of people complain about the pool being closed but don’t mention they let there kids under 18 unsupervised leaving trash everywhere, bringing garbage into the pool which they have to shut down for cleaning or wearing clothes in the pool and ruin it for everyone else, ignorant stuff, especially after I receive emails of them letting out warnings for people to act right or it’s gonna get closed, obv they don’t read those emails or press there kids about it, Trash gets piled up like every where else but they always do come clean it up pretty good, just wish the rent wasn’t so high currently struggling looking for a better place to live for the price reading a lot of the reviews alot of people are in there feelings over ther
