95 Burnett Apartment Homes

2025 Best in the PNW winning apartment!! I truly enjoyed living at 95 Burnett thanks to staffs and neighbors. Elise and Jazz were always so welcoming and unbelievably supportive, and Von and Mike took such a great care of the complex. My dogs also LOVED stopping by at the office for a treat. Wonderful people were the best part, but also they have really strive to improve apartment itself as well by regularly cleaning all ares, new painting, changing hallway carpets, and gardening etc + Super safe neighborhoods and zero noise issues. This place might not have a fancy gym like newer apartments, but there are way more wonderful things about 95 Burnett that you will love.

Wonderful home! Our move-in was easy and the staff have all been so welcoming. Excellent location and great, modern feel to the apartment itself. Gym is solid, too. So happy to be here!

Elese,Jazz, Von and Mike are a kind, friendly and caring staff. I consider all of them more as friends and family. Anything I need taken care of is done immediately. The property is always clean and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.i wish people pulling in and out of the garage would slow down. I have almost been hitten twice. Also get to know your neighbors, just because of the color of our skin doesn't make us a threat.

The reason I’m giving a 5* review is that the leasing staff were very proactive and excited to help me and answered all my questions in a fast and timely manner. They were flexible and allowed for me to come in and view their available units on my timeline which was so refreshing. While looking for apartments most other places would leave me on hold or get back to me days later and not have available viewings that worked with my work schedule. You’d think the other locations would be jumping at the bit to show their apartments and get people to move there! The units I viewed were very nice and clean and the building was very modern looking with no issues that I could think of. I sadly ended up moving to a different location (which I kind of regret) but 95 Burnett will be on my radar when

Lived here for two years and wouldn't give them anything less than five stars. Elese, Von, Mike and Jazz are all awesome and a big part of what makes 95 Burnett great. Never had any big issues and any time I had a question about anything Von would be up in a couple of hours tops. Shout out to Kade from when he still worked here too. Wouldn't have moved if my new commute wasn't so far!
