Bryant who is the head of Maintenance (and I would say public relations) as well is amazing. He is always on it! Every detail he needs to take care of he does it. What is exceptional is not just what he does but how he does it. He is very down to earth and very personal. Easy to get along with and nothing is ever a problem. Always a nice greeting, a smile and listens with attention. Can't say enough about Bryant just good energy all the way around. Valley Springs Apartments are very lucky to have him. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Springs Apartments! From the moment we stepped into the office, the staff made us feel so welcome. They were not only professional and friendly but also incredibly kind and entertaining to my 4-year-old while we were getting ready to tour. It meant so much to me as a parent to feel supported in that moment, and it truly reflects the warm and community-oriented atmosphere here. The reviewer mentioned not being able to reach the office, but during that same time, I was actively in contact with the office team via email, phone, and in person—without any issues. My experience has been quite the opposite. As for my own experience, the viewing and application process went smoothly. Management was helpful, responsive, and made sure all details were clearly communicated. I felt welcomed, and the checklist they provided really helped keep me on track through the move-in process. I seldom write reviews, however, my wife and I couldn't be happier to live at Valley Springs Apartments! We both transferred to Amazon in Seattle and price was not our most important factor- we are new to the city and were seeking a "community," versus an apartment "complex." We also make a point to drive everywhere we were looking in the day and evening, prior to even calling to schedule a tour (My wife is quite particular). We were instantly impressed with the cleanliness, location, safety lighting, and how remarkably quiet it was in the evening. Not to mention, it's right across the street from some great restaurants, shopping and our new church! Great place to live! Spacious units, quiet neighbors, and clean grounds... it was hard to say goodbye to our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Nora, the manager in the office, is wonderful to work with. Both patient and kind, she takes the time to make sure tenants understand the answers to their questions. It really feels like Management cares about their community and residents! I would highly recommend.
