When I lived there there was a lady name Barbara who worked in the office. She was nasty , rude, phony. Her boss I cant remember her name in corporate but she was battling cancer. I dislike her too because she also lied. They did my family wrong had us kicked out and I lost my voucher. For absolutely no good reason. They said my disabled daughter pulled some plants up & that I owned a pit bull. They never had any proof. They just teamed together & right before my daughters surgery ( she had cancer of the liver) They left us homeless & voucher less. I have no respect for slimy grimy people. I later found out there was a woman in the office that Barbara got fired & the lady went around to the tenants & had them sign a petition ( I didn't even sign it) because that's how much nonsense & chao

I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment at 1307 Woodbridge Commons. Ms. Barbara Burton was the manager at the time. She was very nice to me and my 3 Daughters. But the only thing that stood in my way,I had to work on my credit. It had nothing to do with section 8 which Woodbridge Commons was accepting at that time. This was on 12/28/2016. It took me 2years to work out my credit and now you tell me you're no longer accepting section 8. Why was it okay in 2016 and not now. I sure would like to know .

Worst experience ever 😪 🙃 😞 😔 💔 😕 😪 🙃 they mislead residents about their responsibility in case of incident or accident. And later, if something happened, they gonna be rude and heartless. I hate the day I have been admitted there. Very capitalists, nothing to do with your emotions🫡 One thing is sure, we're just passengers in this world, and we will be leaving all those buildings and things we're stressing people for in order to kill them little by little. May GOD forbid 🙏🏽

Went there today to inquire about an apartment. The manager Connie was quick to tell me that I'm not qualified to move in. Did the math myself and it says I meet the standard. Don't know where she learned consumer math nor sales skills, but she may need some continuing education classes. The lack of professionalism and math skills is the reason I have crossed this off my list.

I have never in my life when it comes to moving residences have i encountered 2 more imcompetent property managers/leasing agents. for 9 weeks my room mate and i were jerked around, asked to return almost a dozen times for various reasons that were missed on the forms etc. Then our income was miscalculated TWICE. both managers failing to hear or read where the paycheck stubs read BIWEEKLY thus delaying our application further. Then a THIRD time it had to be sent back. I was forced to pursue them everyday for any and all answers and was shocked that i was the client having to bring all these mistakes to their attention. Not only was our time wasted for 9 weeks, our gas was wasted going back and forth due to their oversite on so many issues. i truly do not understand how these 2 women even h
