Village at Lakeview

i lived here with my family just under 12 years. i had brown indoor/ outdoor carpet when i moved in and it had a few cigarette burns in it. i was denied new carpet every time i asked they found a reason to deny it, my ceiling had a leak for 7 years and was moldy before they finally repaired it, i went several months during summer being the only unit with no a/c, spent one winter with large gaps around the windows when they were replaced and no one came back to finish the job until months later. Surprise inspections that I would often fail due to "a frying pan on the stove" which I had literally just got done using. was told I could have my bird when I moved in, 4 years go by they tell me i have to have a dr note for my bird which of course the dr refused. I have seen how management prioritized the comfortability, quality, and safety of its residents over the last couple of years. I would definitely recommend Lakeview as a really beautiful place for individuals and families to reside for sure🙂

Very nasty management. They refuse to fix things properly. Heavy with drugs and criminal’s. Apartments get broken into on a daily basis. Management is running a scam, if you have a hole in the wall or smoke detector is broken they will charge you $300-500 and still won’t fix it. Management has been violent towards residents and then had them evicted

This place is not the place you want to live at they don’t do they job at all mice infested poor job at maintenance they units are not updated an senior property manager Jackie will evict you immediately for no reason BEAWARE of Jackie very sneaky Now they want to obey by the hmr property rules at first they didn’t abide by the rules now they want too they act all nice to you when you first move into the place but are really nasty to you an watch you like a hulk an you don’t get no type of privacy living there this is not the place you want you or children to reside at no updated appliances neither an a lot for people lived there an nothing is updated for this place to be based off your income not a place to live an if your income changed they try to put you if you don’t give them there d

Honestly I dont know what Brandy is talking about I've been living here since September 2018 and it's been great when you call maintenance for an emergency they are at my door in like 20 minutes, and I actually like this place. Whatever you do dont move to Windsor valley, my ceiling fell down due to their negligence when I asked repeatedly to look at the walls(they felt wet), and they stuck me in an empty 2 bed with an air mattress like a dog in a kennel for 13 days!! Dont go there, come here!
