Fox Run Apartments

6 Oct 2025, My wife and I was very impressed. Christina was wonderful. Great personality, took her time, and showed us the potential place. I haven't moved in yet but I will post more. So far the property is very clean.

EDIT - just moved out this year! Lived here for a little over 4 years, leasing was always wonderful and easy to work with and maintenance was always super nice and helpful. The layout of the apartment was great - I loved the balcony. - This is my first apartment, and it has set a good standard for my expectations! I moved from PA, and Sherlene and Jamie in the office were excellent working with me over the phone and email for me to get everything set up before move-in. The updater app also included with my move-in was also amazing! I did have a couple problems at move-in with my dishwasher, microwave, security, and a handful of little things, but Jamie and Maintenance were great, and they were all fixed within the first couple of weeks. Do not Move Here!!! I moved in 2020 and my first 2 years were great then the rental rate tremendously increased without been notified. Be prepared for Roaches to invade your space when your stay is for a long period. They had an exterminator coming but it did not solve the issue. Roaches were everywhere and there are very tiny and smart too. It doesn't matter if you keep the place clean and you do not keep food out. Also, Random people come to the stairs and hallways to smoke weed. I have complained about this issue several time but nothing was done. Rest assure that you are definitely not getting your deposit back because they will charge you for something ridiculous such as normal wear and tear of carpet.

Listen people, there are some bad reviews of this place but you gotta take the perspective into view that some people have a great experience others don't. In my almost 3 years of living here I have no complaints! The office staff are awesome and very helpful and on time. The Maintenance staff are excellent and beyond helpful and kind. I see stuff about packages being stolen, that's true, but only because the Amazon people are lazy and will leave the package on the stairs. FoxRun has did plenty of work trying to ensure we are taken care of and happy here. It's a bit pricey now but it IS worth the stay here. They have been renovating and constantly improving. My Fiancée and I are moving to another state but my other 2 roommates are staying because they love this place. I promise you will to
