As far as the office, Jessica is the best! She is very knowledgeable and will work with you if a problem comes up. Maintenance is great, they are friendly and fix things promptly. The townhomes are spacious with lots of closet space. Parking has its up and downs.

Leasing office said that I have to get rid of my dog for some reason, but everybody else gets to keep there dog and I think it’s are neighbor because nobody else has that problem and there is a 2 dogs next door and there dogs bark all the time but my neighbor in the people next-door are both white and my neighbors don’t have a problem with them.

Most horrible 4 years of my life! Started off good but it got real ghetto real soon. Police out there daily harassing people trust me they aren’t there to supervise the community, music all hours of the night, trash outside for weeks, extremely rude receptionist. Towards the end of my lease they played with me in my face. I had an harford county agency attempting to help me and the blatantly ignored my case manager then had the nerve to email me saying come in to the office so that I can get help. These people are nuts and extremely unprofessional this isn’t a community I would recommend to anyone unless it’s a move you absolutely need to make. As far as pest or rodents I did not have that problem. They also never pick up the phone and it seems as though the office is literally never open.

Leasing office is simply trash. Staff is trash. They just need to get rid of them and get a new team. It just doesn’t make any damn sense trash.

This place is trash they don't respect the people who live there as if they beneath them giving the fact it goes according to your income they are mice infested ants infested ..... they do not respond to calls or emails giving the fact I moved out they still haven't reached out to me about my security deposit its been well over 90days ...... you have to be homeless and desperate to want to live in this crap hole
