I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail with which my broker, Chris Harrell, conducted my refinance. He expeditiously processed my paperwork and yet I felt no concerns that he was "rushing" the process in any way. He took the time to inform me of next steps and all who would be involved in the process as he reached out every few days even just to provide an update or status report. This was VERY reassuring, as all of our transactions (with the exception of the final signing with an amazing notary, Learleen Henry) was done electronically.
