Mouse ran up and across my bed in the middle of the day while napping.Really bad Mice Infestation. Loud Neighbors. Neighbors who have so much junk on their front it brings the property down and allows their children to bang on the walls. Dumpster area full of trash all the time. Porter never cleans the backyards. Found 3 pregnancy test, microwave plate back there amongst other food trash. Guys who walk around the area in hoodies after posting up in the parking lot in a blue Honda to steal items from your patio.A child bike was stolen from mine.Unit was not cleaned at move in. Some unit repairs were never made. Had to call maintenance multiple times to get all my issues fixed. Alot of the flooring in the bedrooms, hallway and kitchen are not leveled. The neighborhood is safe and great schools in the area. Kids play in the parking lots kicking balls that hit your car windows. Mice infestation. Bugs all year around in your home. Trash overflows constantly at the dumpsters. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and out dated. One of my mines fell off and has never been replaced. Closet doors in the homes fall off track and are hard to put back on. Refrigerator leaks. Washer and dryer works when it wants to work. Vents in bathrooms barely work. Being as there aren’t windows in the bathroom it creates mold around the tub. Carpet is poorly installed and the mice eat through it to enter your home. What took the cake for me is this snow storm that just happened. They didn’t clear the side walk at the minimum. I rode around and of course the rent

I’ve been living here for two weeks now. I love my 3br apartment. It is cozy. My area is really quiet (day and night hours). The neighborhood is taken care of and has a lot of greenery. I was satisfied with the move in condition of our home. Maintenance responded right away to my one request! Perlita is a blessing- she has been very attentive and consistent, even before we signed the lease. I moved from a rural area/different state and I am happy with our choice.

The community is good I appreciate the court that I'm in there is only 1 way in and 1 way out. I have kids so the fact that there are plenty of kids in the neighborhood is a plus. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues and the leasing office is always available for any assistance needed. It's extremely convenient that I can text or call the leasing office anytime even if it's after hours.

My experience has been nothing but great! Melody & Bayleigh are great staff who are eager to help you find a home. The grounds are well kept and the place I'm moving into is very nice. Close to I95 and shopping centers. I highly recommend it!!!
