Seven Oaks Townhomes

We love living here. Maintenance is always very quick to fix issues, the leasing office staff are always friendly & answer calls if we ever call them. We love that they do little giveaways, the pool is nice although I wish there was a baby pool area. We do wish they also had a better playground but other than that the neighborhood is nice, tons of storage space including a shed space out back, plenty of parking. We’ve never had any issues. & truly appreciate living here. We did have 1 mouse in the house but the hole was covered & haven’t had any issues since. 💙💙

I absolutely loved my interaction with LaShawn and Danielle! They definitely made me feel excited about my future residences here at Seven Oaks Townhomes! They answered all my questions and also were quite knowledgeable about the area and processes. I wish there were more wonderful women like them in customer service roles and management.

Seven Oaks Townhome: Residents should be aware of the potential fake google reviews. The property management office requests residents to complete Google reviews while reviewing their signed lease. Communication with the lease office has been consistently difficult. Calls from my personal number have gone unanswered, while calls from an alternate number have been answered. This inconsistency causes unnecessary frustration and unnecessary delays in resolving maintenance issues. Penny Tefke, the property manager, is attentive to writing violations and notices but fails to communicate directly with residents. Residents are often put on a brief hold when contacting the rent office, which is ineffective. Despite the positive reception from the new staff, who are described as friendly, it is
