I lived here a while back in college. Classic slumlords. Took my whole deposit and charged me a bit more even. I left the place in great shape and even had the carpet professionally cleaned. My previous review dispppeard, weird, there were a lot of reviews complaining about the move out procedures and the untrustworthy management. They must have requested they be deleted or something. Luckily, I randomly thought about college the other day and checked in on these scum bags. Cheated me 9 years ago but I still haven't forgot. Stole around 1k from a kid just starting out. Shame on you!
##WARNING## this property is not safe. As a current resident/tenant in the last four years we have been facing so many safety issues/ conflicts, car break-ins with police envolvements/reports in our parking lot at night and day with transients/homeless, drug dealers and visitors which can escalate to physical harm or worse. Management office completely failed to find a solution to these ongoing safety concerns . I am addressing this review to the community and the public at large!
It would be a great place to live! Recommend everyone!
