She found contractors for us and met with them and ensured they did all the work. She also met with tree services to get our trees trimmed and she helped get rid of the extra junk that our previous renter had left behind. We're fortunate to call her a friend and to have had her brokering our deal to sell our house far above what one realtor said they'd list it for. She did her homework and knew how to get the job done.
