I’m a new renter with location properties. Going through a divorce and coming from owning my home. Natalie was amazing and helped me through the application and finding me the perfect home for me and my kids. Any time I need anything she has been very prompt with communication. The company has been professional, and maintenance has been wonderful Nathan has been here several times and has been awesome. This home has had some issues because of its age but everything has been fixed in a timely manner, usually the next day. Even when a larger problem happened like the dishwasher repair, a repair technician was still here within a few days. I was nervous about having to rent again. I am so blessed to rent from Location Properties. I have been with them 2.5 years. In the time I’ve lived at my rental I have had various issues. They have met every single one with friendliness, efficiency, and timeliness. I’ve interacted with many people on their team and every single one has been helpful and pleasant. Their maintenance crew is wonderful. Although the property itself has some existing challenges, the three men employed by the mgmt company were exemplary! Great staff who seemed to listen to my concerns. I really appreciated them and their time.

Future applicants beware. We applied for two possible properties listed as available. After waiting and calling a few times, I was finally told the current tenant on one was supposed to move out but didnt. Lease agreements and notice to vacate mean nothing??? For the second, they were waiting to hear if other current tenants wanted it first as they had dibs. This wasted over a week of time i could have been applying elsewhere. On the upside, they never started processing our application so I didnt have to fight for my money back. I suppose there's that.

Recently the property i rent came under The management of Location properties and Brian Hedges due to the passing my manager. I was very concerned about the change. I was extremely surprised and pleased. My new manager with this company was Natalie! She is amazing. On point, when she gets a request she notifies you is contacting the appropriate repair person, then tells you they will contact you for a repair time, THEN when the repair is completed she calls to see if things went well and to your satisfaction!! She chooses good competent people REAL professionals who are friendly and courteous. I simply cannot say enough about this professional woman!
