Fairway Flats Apartments

Absolutely loved living here! Our apartment was beautiful, lots of light, huge closet and laundry area, 1.5 baths which was hard to find. Hallways always clean and you can tell management cares. Dori is a rockstar! Always super responsive (which is super hard to find). We would have renewed our lease, but my husband got transferred for work. 100% recommend!

Amenities are nice, but the soundproofing is trash. If you enjoy the constant symphony of stomping from above, overhearing your neighbor’s conversation in confidence, and the squeaking bed from the making of love, this might not be too bad of a place for you. But if you value peace and quiet, it’s not worth the rent—especially considering it’s the most expensive place in Lawrence. The following video was taken from my bedroom at 12 am, with the fabulous sound of the loving bed squeaking in the background. Just like others who commented, the management cannot and will not abate the noises. Don't be fooled by the automated reply.

From the close community feel to the well-appointed furnishings, we love everything about this upscale apartment home at The Fringe! Sheryl is quick to answer any questions and facilitated our move-in with ease. The details and quality of our 3 Bedroom, 3-1/2 bath is bar none. The footprint of our apartment boast that of a home - the bedrooms are huge! The amenities include everything you could ever want, all on location. The Fringe ownership created convenience coupled with class. And then there’s the sunsets!

Since new management took over, have not had good experiences. Just looking to make quick money.. make sure to have everything in email as they act as if they don’t remember in person conversations. Disappointing. Above market value for what it is in Lawrence KS as well..

The rooms are nice and spacious and the management here is good from my experience. This review will focus on the one very unique aspect of these apartments that anyone who's renting needs to be really aware of. That aspect is: The walls of this complex are PAPER THIN. That might actually be a little generous. You can, very clearly, hear everything that goes on around you. You can hear your neighbors on each side, you can hear the outside and people across the hall. I was on the first floor and I heard people in the garage. But most importantly, you will hear the apartment above you. Every single step and normal-volume conversation will be heard clearly.
