Prairie Commons - 55+ Senior Community

My Dad resided at Prairie Commons for part of last year, before his health took a turn and I had to move him to assisted living. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with the staff. They were thorough, timely with their responses, and caring. The facilities were very clean. The apartments are spacious. There are activities for anyone who wants to participate. The price was very reasonable. If there was ever an issue, it was taken care of quickly. The location is also very nice, and close to a good variety of essential shopping needs. I wish my Dad could've been at this facility longer, but the time we were able to have him here was a very pleasant experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Prairie Commons! The apartments are well-maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. the staff in the office are so patient, friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. There are always fun activities and events going on that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of a community. The clubhouse and common areas are clean and the maintenance are quick to handle any requests. Highly recommend Prairie Commons!

The office staff that I worked with Trinity and Zerrah im sure i didnt spell that right at all im sorry for that but they were super helpful with my move in easy to talk to very helpful and I moved in on a snow storm wasn't expecting a lot of anything to be shoveled or salted hands down the clearest lot in town right after the snow on a weekend def go above and beyond and hat off to their maintenance staff as well

Prairie Commons was a breath of fresh air compared to other 55+ communities I’ve toured in the area for my papa. I love that they have a 1x1 and a 2x1 floor plan to choose from, and they have garages available too! The grounds are well kept, the property is in a great location with a Walmart right across the street, and I can’t say enough good things about Cassie and Janis in the office - they are so welcoming and had all the answers to my many questions.

Prairie Commons Apartments are the best! My father in law lives at this property and he always speaks so highly of the property! He absolutely adores the leasing staff Cassie and Janis and appreciates the fast repairs on his maintenance request! Thank you to the Prairie Commons team for taking care of your residents!
