Hunters' Ridge Apartments

lived here for 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience before moving out of state. The maintenance team and staff are excellent—very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The interior design is cozy and well thought out, with a calm, tranquil vibe that truly makes it feel like home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable, which I really appreciated. It’s also conveniently located near Rock Chalk Park, and most stores are just a 2-minute drive away. Overall, this was the best place I lived in Lawrence, KS, and I highly recommend it.

This is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in. For my time in my field, I have had to move where the jobs go, and luckily am in a great job here in Lawrence which has allowed me to stay. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are outstanding, and the best part? If there's a need for maintenance or anything, they are QUICK, like same day quick! They even did a little favor for me with coming to assist with an alarm sooner than intended when I told them my dog was panicking. I'm going into year three with them and am so thankful I call Hunters' Ridge home! Truly have never been able to say this about the other apartments I've lived in, but will 100% recommend living here when I can!

In my opinion, Hunters’ Ridge Apartments is the best place to live in town. I’ve been here for a year now, and the staff truly make it feel like home. They’re always attentive and responsive, and I really appreciate how Brittany, Nick, and Mike go out of their way to help—even with their busy schedules. They’re warm, hardworking, and have created a community where we feel welcome. Beyond the amazing team, the building itself is solid—literally. The walls are made with brick instead of wood, which means great noise insulation. The amenities are a nice bonus too: a large pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and even the option to rent a garage. Most importantly, I’ve felt incredibly safe living here. Maybe it’s the peaceful atmosphere—or the fact that it’s located near the Lawrence Police Departm

My husband and I have lived at Hunters Ridge for almost 5 years now. The office and maintenance employees have been stellar our entire stay. Almost prompt to return calls, emails, or work orders. We have moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom with ease. Now we are having to move due to life circumstances but I wish we didn’t because we love the property so much! Thank you, Hunters Ridge team! We will miss you! I highly recommend this complex.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Hunter's Ridge and would have happily continued my stay if I didn't have to relocate. This is a well maintained apartment community with a commitment to resident satisfaction. I highly recommend it, especially for families. Having lived in several different states, I can confidently say that the maintenance team at Hunter's Ridge is among the best I've encountered. They were always prompt, efficient, and courteous. The management team was equally responsive and effective in resolving any concerns. Here are a few highlights: - Spacious apartments - Well-appointed kitchen - Great amenities: Decent fitness center, a tennis court, pool, pet park, etc My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of elevators. If they had those, I wouldn't he
