If you have decent neighbors, it's very quiet! The main office always responded very quickly to maintenance requests. Oh, and both the north and south complexes are within walking distance to the Lawrence Arboretum.

New management Beware, a Nightmare to work with and all the fun new fees stuck in my renewal contract that was delivered to me 30 days out and if I wanted to move had to give 45 days or pay massive fees which they won't allow you to pay and 3 months later and 7 emails I was given the collection companies contact info. Rented 2 years without a single issue or missed payment then this. There are a lot of better options in Lawrence. Look at my long review history, Very rare that I give low ratings

I really enjoy living here: the community is quiet and clean. It’s very dog friendly with all the waste stations and dog park. The staff in the office are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Plus I love all the storage I have and the enclosed patios.

Great staff. They take care of fixing ups fast. Great landscape, always working to improve things. Fenced area for your furry friend to walk loose for a bit. They have small bags available in stations to clean after your furry friend. Make sure and report everything that might be broken. Check especially the curtains, wooden parts, bathroom towel holders.

I've lived here almost a year and Just renewed my lease. I love living here. I love the area I love the apartment itself I love the office personnel. The only things I don't love is how patchy the grasses lot of mud when it rains.. And seems a little pricey. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live. Oh also neighbors are awesome everyone is friendly and polite and it feels safe! Such an awesome neighborhood!
