I had a great experience working with Caressa, the property assistant at my new apartment community. The unit I originally applied for was not ready, but she went above and beyond by reaching out to the appropriate contacts to find another available apartment for me. She was able to secure a different unit at the same price, which I truly appreciated. Caressa was also very helpful in making sure the apartment was properly cleaned before I moved in. On top of that, she surprised me with a few thoughtful welcome gifts, including toilet paper, paper towels, a small notebook with a pen, and laundry detergent. Love this place ! No complaints here. If your looking for a luxurious, fun and friendly place to live you should definitely stop and talk to the staff in the office! Travis or Brittany are Super nice super helpful . As of December 1st we have new owners and new management Gold Oller bought this complex and .work on new renovation. For show models. Looking good ! as with any transition there's obstacles to overcome and a rhythm to get into . And we will achieve that ! . As I'm not only a resident for a year now!, as you can see from all my photos ! but I'm also a new employee . Looking forward to my original offer and making This Community! MY Community! Had a great tour today! Carissa and Chass gave me a great experience! The complex was very clean and I loved the Go Reno model units! Can’t wait to move in !

The office staff are rude and very unprofessional when communicating in emails. The electric company APL is terrible and you can guarantee a power outage every month or two. The rent goes up every year. Do not move here, it will be your worse mistake. The trash is a problem yet your rent is over 1,000 every month.
