Todd is AWESOME! We had multiple inspections for different houses and his thorough knowledge and experience, each one of the houses were a no go! Each inspection was that way, here is what I found and here is a person you can call if you want a 2nd opinion. He had no issues with me there asking questions during the process. I did tease him about getting a multi-house package since we had 3 but in all seriousness, worth the investment! 5 Starts is not enough!

We used Todd for our 1 year home inspection. Todd was quick to respond to our request and kept us informed. Todd located a separated truss during our inspection amongst other issues, which could have caused us major issues down the road had we not hired Todd. We had our inspection report by the evening of the inspection. We highly recommend Todd!

Todd was punctual during the reservation and day of inspection process. His price was comparable to others, and I loved the fact that I was supporting a local owned business man. His work was thorough and quick. I think the inspection lasted about an hour and half. Highly recommend!!!

Todd was very professional. He arrived early and was flexible enough to return the following day after weather and construction timing were against us. He allowed me to join in on the pre-drywall inspection and commented on where there were issues and level of concern.

Todd did the inspection on our first home and was very thorough. He was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. We purchased a radon test and mold test and he went out to set those up a few days before the general inspection to make sure we had the results in before our inspection period ended. During the inspection, he was very friendly and pointed out his findings as he went along. He also provided us with and in depth run down when he was finished and got us a detailed written report the same day. I would recommend Todd to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.
