2nd year resident and the new property managers and maintenance are lazy and unresponsive. They lock the office doors without notice and refuse to open them even when you stand there starring at them for 10 minutes. My garage door hasn't been fixed and it's been 5 months. The bathroom ventilation fan hasn't worked or been fixed for 4 months. The bathtub faucet started leaking in March and eroded through the pipes by July, leaking into my kitchen below. It took over a week to get maintenance in then another week for a certified plumber who had to cut the drywall off around the tub/shower. Which drywall has yet to be fixed. An adjacent unit has a hoarder living there and so the entire building has had cockroaches for 6 months with only 2 exterminator visits in 6 months. I've had to plug

I want to update my review. We lived at Brittany Bay for two years, the apartments aren’t pretty old and there was a few issues we had throughout the way I became irritated a few times, but I will say when the new management took over A few concerns that I did email they eventually actually took notice of which made me happy. They covered the spray paint on the trash cans. They contracted with a towing company to fix the issues they had and they actually were taking some of the suggestions I will say towards the end they grew up on me. I appreciate the two years that I lived here and I will say the price is what you pay for it. They did us exactly what we needed for two years. Brittany Bay was a nice place to live until it wasn’t. My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and since living here, they have changed property management 5 times!! Staff is non reliable and impossible to get a hold of. Never answer the phones and when you try to go to the office they randomly lock the doors and you have to wait all day to talk to somebody. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in and my garbage disposal is broken and can only use one side of the sink or water backs up and leaks out of the dishwasher into my carpet. All the moisture has caused an infestation of flies and gnats and all maintenance did was put a black cap over the sink like that was going to do something. Maintenance would not fix our garage for 3 months. We had cracks in our tub for about 6 months and it never got fixed although on the tickets we put in they said “done”. No one is ever in the office. Our packages have been stolen and they do absolutely nothing about it. They also took away assigned parking since no one was following it. Do not move here.

Update: Oc24th we are now without any heating and they refuse to come fix it. We have 2 toddlers that wake up freezing cold in the mornings Update Oct 2nd. Never fixed ac unit. Which means now we will be without heat all winter because the same wires that run the heating caught on fire . So we've been paying over 1400$ a month for an apartment for almost a year with no heat or air conditioning July 23rd 2025 . Still no Central Air and its been 58 days since anyone from apartment complex has returned our calls or emails. Imagine the outside of your apartment catching fire to the point the fire department has to come. That was 58 days ago.
