Do not be Jewish and live at Waterford Harbor I had to place my mezuzah between my doors to not have it ripped down and prayer taken , I have not had Lilacs and my Roses are destroyed since 27 group took over and the goose stepping evasive association that spends more time in front of my condo then I do, I'm not a renter but a owner. the bushes they are to keep up aren't cut and there are tall plants all over but they issue me you need to cut my lilac (which makes it spread) and my roses. Pool hasn't been open in 3 years. No central air. The people who own or manage the property do not care about you they just want your money. I recommend sleeping under a bridge before moving into this place. Same thing but cheaper.

July 9, 2025 I have been a resident almost two years. When I moved in there was trash in the garage and it took two weeks before it was cleared out. The dishwasher was not connected; the washer would not fill up with water and lint from the dryer would be everywhere. The outlets would not work unless I flipped the breaker switches (all this the first month). The water heater made noise all the time and hot water was rust colored in the bathtub and the faucet when first turned on. I didn't drink the water but i did wash dishes and cook with it. The water heater was finally replaced about a year later. There was an issue with the metal screen door. The lock did not work and I asked angie if the lock could be fixed, she said no because of a contractual "issue with the screen door people." I c

Since we’ve lived here, we’ve had more problems than anywhere else we’ve ever lived. The first year we lived here, our water tank exploded overnight and flooded the apartment and took several hours to get a response from the emergency maintenance line. Our garbage disposal is broken and they said they fixed it and completed the request, but it still isn’t working. Not the first time they’ve completed a request without actually doing it. We’ve had a leak in the bathroom near the water tank, under the sink, and spreading to the kitchen and it’s been a month and it’s still not fixed and we have two huge holes in the bathroom. I have been a condo owner at Waterford Harbor for almost 5 years. The pool has been open for one full season. 3 weeks of a second season. And 1 week of a third season. One year they did give us access to the neighboring apartment complexes pool. That was nice! In years past, my association has told me that none of my HOA fees go towards the pool. They said that the apartments/rentals are responsible for the pool. For whatever reason it will not allow me to attach the emails… I just got an email stating that 64% of the maintenance is paid for through my HOA fees. Lol. Anyway, they wait until a day or two before Memorial Day weekend, when the pool is supposed to open, to even look at the pool.
