Lakeside Village

Wanted to share my experience with Lakeside. My family and I were relocating from Arizona to Ohio and were looking somewhere to close to my new Job, so we chose Lakeside as they were a new apartment complex and the pictures were amazing on the internet. We have been here since March of this year and have had nothing but good experiences here. It is true that management has switched several times, but they got it right as of late! New management team really cares about your experience here and the nature of our community. It's pretty simple. Communication is key with any relationship. They do run a tight business here, but it is for the greater good for our community. The maintenance team gives it there best and our two grounds keepers are phenomenal. I cant say enough regarding my recent move to Lakeside Village Apartments. The management team led by Caleb is amazing. Caleb is professional, timely and very courteous. He and Bonnie have been very responsive and really care about resident needs. The Resident Services Team (Rona and Larry), are a lovely addition for assistance to you. They are kind, helpful and take care of the property extremely well. It is clean, well maintained and you can tell they care. This move was challenging for me and Caleb made it seamless. I love my apartment. It is beautiful. Move in now! You will love it. I feel safe and oh so comfortable in my new home. They even know my dogs name!

I lived here three years ago, for a little over two years, and had nothing but positive experiences. I'm reviewing now because I am currently looking for a new place (in a different state) and have found myself comparing apartment complexes to Lakeside Village. The very few maintenance issues I had were resolved promptly (within a day or even hours). Staff was phenomenal from the very start. I was coming from a difficult living situation (due to who I was living with at the time), and they found me a good price on one of the smaller units. When final work on that was delayed, they found me an upgraded unit, newly renovated and larger, and gave it to me for the same price so that I could still leave my difficult situation ASAP. : I strongly advise anyone considering Lakeside Village to think twice. My experience with their management has been extremely stressful and unfair. I was charged $750 in pest control fines for missing appointments that were scheduled while I was working out of state as a truck driver — something completely unavoidable. On top of that, they demanded $350 in “eviction fees” even though no eviction was ever filed in court and no proper notice was given. I have always paid my rent and fees on time, yet management created unnecessary stress, threats, and financial penalties that seem arbitrary and abusive. Their policies are poorly communicated, inflexible, and appear designed to take advantage of tenants. I would not recommend Lakeside Village to anyone, especially those who have work schedul

I could not let 2025 end without leaving this review :. The last four months of the year Have been phenomenal. Ivan Jha And Mia Thank you all for working together to improve the Community you all have updated calendars with events sent text messages and emails keeping us informed EVEN FOOD TRUCKS!!
