The Apartments at Winchester Cove

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this apartment complex. They enforce extremely ridiculous decor rules, limiting patio furniture to just five pieces and a bunch of other bs as well as banning anything on windowsills, both INSIDE and out. If you’re thinking about making this apartment feel like home, think again. Meanwhile, the sidewalks are covered in wet and dry goose shit that have never been cleaned, and the plants and weeds are completely neglected, they say they want a uniformed look well… If you’re considering renting here, I strongly recommend you look again.

If I could give Zero stars that's what the true rating would be for this. I rented there years ago; and if the same rental manager is still there, be very wary of renting there. For no reason, she took a big percentage of my security deposit. And there was NO wear and tear as I was in my 40s and did not own a dog nor had children that could have caused any damage. It was completely unwarranted for her to had taken (Stolen!) my security deposit. I had been warned that she was a "company" person in that she would do what she could to look good to them. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my new neighbors shenanigans which I didn't want to be a party to. Well maintained apartments, quiet neighborhood. I did have a snake in my apartment not sure how it found it’s way in. I was charged for painting of the garage and cleaning of the carpets when I left. My carpet was clean. The garage did have some scuffs on the walls. Overall a good place just beware of fees when you leave

More like a Condo than Apartment. 6 months into my lease and i can't say enough good about Winchester Cove. The community here is mostly elderly, very quiet and right next to the Blacklick Trail. There are no traffic backups for the morning or evening commutes in this area. (big plus) My 2 bedroom has a huge master bedroom and walk in closet. These are newer apartments, utilities have been lower than expected with plenty of space. This Property can sell itself with their value and what they offer here. Ranch style, no steps, pool, workout room and a great location. I was on a waiting list here, well worth the wait if you have to. I looked at 10+ Properties in this area, this by far was the best value and has turned out to be a wonderful place to call home.

Not very kid friendly. I once made a complaint someone was trying to break into my daughters room and they tried saying that it was my fault and that it never happens there lol. Management gave racist vibes. I was given a lease renewal inspection in January that I passed , and then was denied when I tried adding my daughter's mother to the lease. So I went to move out the next month and they hit me with a 4k bill saying because 2 cabinets were damaged that they had to redo all 14 cabinet doors because the colors didn't match and a bunch of other bogus charges. Not to mention I was hit by a car on their property and they knew I went to town and country about it, so I find it odd they are basically asking for my settlement money (4k) These people are Shady and don't care about young parents,
