The Baylor

I love it so far—exactly what I was looking for in a place. Nice space for one person and a dog, and also for when you invite people over. Great staff, an awesome front office, and the area is just beautiful all around.

I have lived here for 6 months now, and have had nothing but good experiences here. The workers are exceptional, Savannah, Kenyatta, Dashuan, Mikey, and Nathan, are such good people are truly care about the community. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll for sure be renewing my lease.

Another day with police at the Baylor. Even stopped them this time (due to the consistency of them being there) to ask if it was safe here and that I will be moving soon, the officer said I quote “it wouldn’t be the worst idea to move.” Don’t let the online photos fool you. It’s much different than what it appears. Don’t overpay for what you’re not getting. Just like social media you can make a picture of how you want it to look. I broke my lease after an only a few months for many reasons and had to move there for emergency circumstances but seemed like a good place until I was there. Thankfully it was short lived. Don’t forget about the murders that just were here as well. Staff wise the only accountable / professional / friendly / approachable / and that will return your calls back is

I forgot to put my review…😞 But I absolutely loved my tour that we had with Savannah in December! She so sweet and kind! I love everything about the Baylor so far since my move! Along with her and the rest of staff are all very accommodating and nice! Savannah even gave us a breakdown of everything since this is me and my boyfriend’s first apartment! I’ve had an overall positive experience living at this apartment complex. The community is generally quiet and well-kept, and the location is very convenient with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and main roads. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has been professional and helpful when issues arise, and communication has been decent throughout my time here. Like any place, there is room for improvement, but nothing that has significantly impacted my living experience. Overall, this is a solid place to live, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable apartment in a good location.
