Wilsonville Summit Apartments

Love living here! Going on almost 7 years and it's quiet, parking is not a challenge, neighbors are great -- human kiddo's are the best, and many residents have dogs and they add to the atmosphere too! Few times I have had maintenance concerns, the team arrives quickly to fix or respond to issues/concerns. It's a large complex and close to Costco, Target, Yesteryear, Lee Farms, and Frog Pond Farms. If you need doggy daycare, go to Safe & Hound which is a couple miles away! The best place to walk your dog is on the Siemen's campus just down the street from the apt. complex: great walk about and there are waterfalls, ducks, blue heron, nutria, and an array of wildlife. Everything you need to be comfortable can be found here and in the Wilsonville-area community.

If you are looking for a complex with good management DON’T MOVE HERE! The apartments are nice but the management is incompetent and unprofessional! I’ve lived here for 8 months and have had one incident after another with the management. I had my car towed when is was not supposed to be towed and the manager took no responsibility for her negligence . Because of her lies telling me she was working with the company to get the car back I ended up losing the car and having to pay hundreds of dollars and the car ended up going to auction. The latest incident is a leak in the roof. The roofing company told me that the roof had not been maintained and that is what caused the leak . It took the complex over a month to “fix” it. Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time in building Y. I would recommend this place to others. Our apartment was pretty quiet and we only heard neighbors when at the front door/balcony. Maintenance requests were responded to/resolved within a day each time. On move out, the charges seemed fair: just for 2 hours of cleaning and 3hrs for wall repair (old command strips took off paint/some plaster), at rates provided on their move-out checklist.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I only lived here for a year and I took extremely good care of my apartment. After moving all of my stuff out, I and my parents spent a full day DEEP cleaning the place per the move out instruction sheet provided by management. The place was spotless. We even filled in all the screw holes on the wall. ( management said we would not be charged for those so long as they are less than a quarter in diameter ) I was sure that I would get my $300 deposit back as the apartments looked brand new. No. They took my deposit and added an extra $400 of cleaning and random fees. There were many other issues such as minimal parking, noise, lack of communication from management ect. Unless you enjoy being scammed, would not recommend this place to my worste enemy.

I've lived here for 3 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Their prices are great and don't fluctuate a lot. It's right behind a great Costco with direct connectivity to I5. The staff have always been very helpful and they take care of A LOT of residents. I've always been treated with respect and courtesy. I wish life events didn't force me to move away. I'll miss this place and I'll be forever grateful for the great quality of life this complex has given me.
