Terrene at the Grove

The whole Terrene team is amazing. Peyton is a great maintenance manager. Wade has done most of our work order and is not only fast, but does a great job. Rest of maintenance is wonderful as well. Sandra in the office treats us like family. McKenna has been so helpful and kind. We are very thankful we live here!

My partner and I just recently moved in about three weeks ago and so far have had a great experience living here, thanks to the wonderful staff, as well as the quality of the apartments and landscaping. Like another poster previously mentioned, McKenna, Sandra, and Corianna in property management are always friendly, professional, and quick to help. The maintenance team--Wade, Austin, and Peyton--all handle requests quickly and get the job done right. Their reliability and positive attitudes make this a fantastic place to call home. We'd also like to give a special shout out to McKenna, who has patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, but especially for making our move in as seamless as possible. Thank you McKenna! Wade from maintenance is great! He came to replace the light bulbs in my unit and also replaced the ceiling light fixture with an LED. It looks fantastic now and works perfectly. I really appreciate his help and professionalism. Thank you, Wade!

Terrene at the groves leasing staff is next level! McKenna is incredible, she's so detailed and helpful with any and all questions we had. We've also previously worked with Sandra who is also amazing.

Terrene has been great to us! We've been here for 4 years and plan to stay until the day we move. Wade in Maintenance has been prompt and he's does very quick work! And the leasing office is always very helpful when we needed something!
