Haven at Charbonneau

Thank you very much for today’s apartment tour. The person who showed me the apartments was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They answered all of my questions patiently and showed me two different units. Both apartments were very clean, well-maintained, and truly beautiful. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. As someone who is new here, I really appreciated the clear explanations and helpful attitude. As a resident at Haven at Charbonneau, I’ve had a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Armando. He’s always friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Whenever something comes up or I have a question, he’s quick to help and makes sure things get taken care of. It’s nice living in a community where management is approachable and genuinely cares about residents. Armando really helps make Haven at Charbonneau a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Tatiana is absolutely amazing, I can’t say nicer things about how friendly she is. Coming in felt like I was talking to an old friend. This place felt like home after taking a quiet stroll with my wife.

We stayed here for 2 months while our home in Charbonneau was being remodeled. Beware they operate as a money pump (to pump money out of your wallet). The facility is rather dated yet they add charge for such things as "valet trash". Who ever heard of such a thing? It is not uncommon when checking out to find $300 or so monthly tab added to your bill in addition to rent. Parking is also VERY limited. Drive thru look closely, you will see broken outside light fixtures and deferred maintenance yet they charge like this place is the Bellagio....and you can never find anyone who takes responsibility for anything. Very polite but always have to pass you off to someone else who NEVER responds. An endless chain of AI bots to keep you busy, the owners insulated and pumping those $$$$.
