I really love living in this apartment complex. It has a peaceful, nature filled vibe, and the upgraded units are both cozy and modern. Moving here made my transition from living out in the country to the city so much easier. You can hear frogs at night, and I often spot lizards and the occasional snake on walks, it’s a unique blend of urban convenience and natural surroundings, especially with the wetlands right next door. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the staff, especially Derek, the maintenance guy. He’s the main reason I chose to live here, and honestly, the reason I’ve stayed and even upgraded my apartment. Derek actually gets stuff done! From start to finish Ariel has made our move in process so easy. It's our first apartment together and we were nervous about the process but she was so personable from the moment we met her on our first tour and was such a joy to be around! She always communicated clearly, answered any and all questions we had for her and just overall made the entire application and move in process smooth. I see why she gets the reviews she does they're all true! She made us feel very welcomed and cared for, we're so grateful for her help and are excited to move in fully!! The other lady that helped us I believe her name is Indra was also very helpful and resourceful. Thanks guys!
I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, but what really sets this place apart is the management—specifically Ariel. She has been incredibly helpful and friendly from day one. Whether it was answering my questions, guiding me through the move-in process, or making sure everything in my unit was perfect, Ariel went above and beyond. Her professionalism and warm personality made settling in so much easier. Highly recommend this place
Community manager does not hide that she is tired or upset. Parking provided on ramps where previously dumpsters had been is narrow. And if you park there, your tires will fit perfectly in the space but also unavoidably be outside the fire lane labeled on the curb which leads to unjustified towing which will not be compensated, while others park the same and are left alone for weeks. Maintenance will assess one issue but not the full problem. After the washing machine sensor went out and my kitchen flooded they only checked on the washing machine and offered me rags for the kitchen, now the kitchen cabinets have moisture in them and may contain mildew.
The leasing agent was very helpful during my tour. However, I ultimately decided not to rent here due to concerns about pricing practices. When I first saw the online listing for a 1 bed 1 bath classic unit, it was advertised at approximately $1,280, which is why I scheduled a tour. When I arrived for my appointment just a few days later, I was told the same unit was now $1,530, a $250 increase in a very short time. I found this extremely disappointing and chose not to move forward. About a week later, I began receiving emails stating the unit was now being offered for around $1,300. This level of price fluctuation feels concerning and lacks transparency. It left me questioning how pricing and tenant concerns are handled overall. I would advise prospective renters to proceed with caution.
