Berkshire Court Apartments

I have lived at Berkshire Court, Apartments for almost 19 years. These apartments have been amazing for me and my family they have great management I want to thank Amy for all her hard work she does. They keep the outside of the apartments clean and neat and the rent is very affordable. They take care of maintenance request right away. This place has a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoy every summer. Definitely highly recommended for raising your family here. It’s close to schools And great places to go for nature walks.

I’ll be moving into Berkshire March 1st. It took me awhile to make the decision. I looked at several apartments in wilsonville. Beth was amazing to work with. She was so kind, patient and very helpful!! Honestly she’s the reason I chose Berkshire. Looking forward to living there.

Amy in the front office is amazing & so kind & helpful. Beth is wonderful, as well. I’ve lived here for about 2 years & the current owners & management & staff are the best they’ve been. Apartments are nice & property is beautiful, clean, & quiet. Prices are affordable. Neighbors are friendly. They hold community gatherings in the front office regularly & it’s really nice & makes you feel right at home in this little apartment community.

These honestly are great apartments! We have lived here almost 3 years and the yearly increases are very reasonable, they do fun little events at the office like pancakes and Halloween/holidays things. Also pretty fast on maintenance requests.

I am just concluding my 8th year of residency at Berkshire Court Apartments. Our new resident manager, Amy, just came aboard about a year ago. She is the best resident manager Berkshire Court has had since my first year of tenancy. For the last 7 years, it has been a plethora of resident managers in and out of that position. Still, due to the efforts of the maintenance team, things progressed as well as they could without the daily leadership of a "professional" resident manager. This isn't to address the pros and cons of the Landlord. Merely, that our new resident manager be appreciated for the work she has put in to make Berkshire Court as good as it can be. When I've been in to discuss tenancy issues (probably 8 or 10 times), she has been professional and cordial; and I have often see
