I am extremely happy with my decision to move here. All my neighbors are friendly, there’s trails, parks, grocery stores or coffee shops just a short walk away. Most of all, I am so happy with the management and maintenance team here. Timur is helpful, personable, and he sincerely cares about the property, his staff and the tenants. Flori is kind and trustworthy, and I very much appreciate his eagerness to fix anything needed in my unit in a timely manner. I like that I can bring a suggestion or concern to them and they will always hear me out or if possible, make it happen. Being a dog friendly community is great, but apartment living is hard if you have a reactive dog (IYKYK). There are a couple other reactive dogs here but I haven’t had any issues other than some barking if I'm crossin

Had a tour scheduled at this complex, and I recieved my confirmation email 2 hours before and I showed up and the office was closed. On the door it stated they would be back at 1:45, the tour was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 1:50 with no one in sight. I of course waited around in case they were running a bit late. However no one answered the phone, and no one showed up for my scheduled tour. Felt HIGHLY unprofessional. I received no follow up call or email, and while I was waiting for my tour 2 different renters were trying to speak with people in the office as well. Terrible first impression, will never rent here.

Renter of 2 bed 2 bath from 2015 through 2017 When I first moved in the landlord failed to clean the drains outside my unit (on common grounds) causing dirt/water to flow in my apartment on the brand new carpet. There resolution was to clean the carpets and place a extremely loud fan in the apartment for a week while it dried. (No compensation for being displaced from apartment for the week) New management has been here for a few months and they can't get anything right. They hiked the prices for rent, promised new gym, changed operating hours to 8-5, issued random closures of facilities, failed to provide trash receptacle for an entire week, can't seem to repair simple caulking around tub in 4 weeks. Everything is great, thank you very much. The only things pending are the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom and the window screen in the living room.

My experience at Town Center Park has been great. I love how clean and nice everything looks. The office manager is very friendly and she makes the club house feel welcoming. The new maintenance manager gives this place its fifth star though. He is friendly and efficient, a true master at his craft. There has been a lot of improvements in the way that work orders are addressed and the how the property looks when you drive in at the end of the day. I love it here!
