Wilsondale Apartments

Dont even think about it. I have lived here for a few years but now kinda feels like im living under slumlords. Even with some issues I have always loved living here until NOW. This office staff is just there to collect payments. They dont help us at all. From bugs, to mold, billing issues, to maintenance issues it's truly crazy. They dont answer the phone and you dont never get calls back. They simply tell you whatever yiu want to here buy dont do anything. You can't even enjoy the amenities you pay for cause they always broke. There is never maintenance here to fix stuff either. If i could afford to move out today I would definitely run out of here. But I wish I didnt have to.

A complete nightmare. All lies, got fussed at and intimidated by apartment manager. Application fee was not reimbursed, full amount for security deposit. Wasn’t able to walk unit until lease was signed. Provided all damages day of move in via move in check list, via email and via written statement. I was discriminated against because I have a voucher wasn’t able to select my unit. Had to start repairs myself. Given a late fee for rent with no repairs done and rent portion being incorrect. Have 2 different lease with 2 different amounts one with security deposit the other without. Unable to get assistance from office staff Gate up 24 hours a day so not really a gated community No access to fitness center Children turn power off constantly electric boxes not locked anyone can shut your power

If I could rate a zero I would. Poor management and communication. Absolutely no professionalism, I applied in August and responded to all emails and phone calls just to have my apartment given away after paying $150 for the application fee and then told that an apartment would be ready by mid October by a D. Then upon waiting for the callback they said to expect I went in person to see the status because they never answer the phone or say no one is available and now my application is canceled. I'm glad I dodged a bullet on becoming a resident but I will be contacting the BBB. I don't know what type of operation you all are running but it reeks of fraud.

I just want to give a big shout out to Tevin!! I just called to check on the status of my application which has been an ongoing issue. Tevin is new, and I explained my situation. Tevin was a breath of fresh air to speak to at Wilsondale. Keep up the great work Tevin!!

I have serious concerns about Wilsondale apartment complex decision to contract with Big Daddy Towing. Residents and their guests are treated unfairly by this towing service, which has a reputation for poor customer service, not answering phones despite claiming to be “24 hours,” and even damaging vehicles and property. Instead of supporting tenants, this arrangement creates more stress, financial strain, and frustration for the very people who call this community home. It’s disappointing to see money being directed toward a tow company that penalizes residents rather than supports them. That same budget could be much better invested in services that actually improve the quality of living here—such as enhanced security, upgraded lighting in parking areas, and they can be responsible for re
