Axis at PTC

I recently visited Axis at PTC and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The community has a modern, upscale feel, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Everything from the building design to the common areas reflects a high standard of care. A big part of that credit goes to Brooke Johnson, the Senior Property Manager. Brooke is warm, professional, and clearly takes pride in making sure both residents and guests feel welcome. You can tell she sets the tone for her team, because every interaction I had with the staff here was positive and helpful. It’s refreshing to see a community where management is so engaged and approachable. As someone who works in moving and relocation, I’ve been in and out of many apartment communities in Hampton. Every time we’ve helped residents move in

Vivian, thanks for your help from start to finish. The amenities are amazing, and my pup and I love the cozy and modern feel of the apartment. The maintenance crew is quick to fix and will do their best to get everything ready for us.

I absolutely love this place. It has been the best decision we have made. Everything is convenient. I don't have to travel far for anything. The office managers are wonderful! They are friendly and welcoming. Brooke and Vivian are the best! We also have wonderful amenities (clubhouse and gym)

Lived here for a year, absolutely amazing apartment complex. Not a single problem. Apartments are extremely nice. Maintenance is very quick to respond as well. Moving just because I found a cheaper place that is in a quiet area.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Vivian during my visit, she was so delightful! Her genuine warmth and stellar customer service really made me feel special.
