Somerset at Town Center Senior Apartments

I have lived here since June of 2023. I can honestly say that you will not find a better place to live. I feel safe, the tenants are all like my family. There is a lot of fun activities. The staff is A+. It's quiet at night, and maintenance is always quick and on time. Not to mention, your within walking distance to the Peninsula Town Center. This is home....

10/18/22: I have lived here 6 months and can truthfully say that I have enjoyed my apartment and my neighbors. The staff is great and always available for questions and maintenance. 2/24/23: Living here for thru the holidays has been a pleasure. The staff/management put on a great thanksgiving and Christmas events. It was so much fun and all residents enjoyed. The decorations all around the floors were superb and I enjoyed walking the halls to see them all. Management is doing a great job for the residents. Truly a great place to live!

I had a wonderful one year stay. The staff was always friendly and the neighbors were as well. Maintenance was always accommodating and dependable. I grew to really like some of the residents many of whom are parents or relatives of classmates or neighbors I grew up with. The apartment is in good condition. I loved the privacy and view from my deck. The amenities are great and the location is the very best in Hampton being in the Central Coliseum Business District. Although I had to leave due to personal reasons, I would certainly return.

My parents have lived in this community for almost five years. The management and the maintenance staff recognize my sister and me whenever we visit, and they look out for my parents. Furthermore, the building is well kept and maintained overall. My parents keep to themselves primarily, but my mother has made a few friends with neighbors. Those neighbors that I know of are kindhearted, compassionate people. I have told my parents to keep me up to date with everything, and if anything ever goes awry, they know my sister and I will handle it. The good thing is in all these years my parents have not had serious issues and that brings me peace and joy that we have not had to move them elsewhere. Aging parents can be an adjustment, but knowing my parents live in this building is a bonus. I hop

My experience in Somerset at Town Center Seniors Apt was the best decision I made in my older years. (2 years + ago) The staff is family and my apartment feels like home. Beautiful place to showoff to your friends, letting them see you living an good and peaceful life, NOW. Dr. Beatrice L Douglas
