Rey and Angela are the Best. on my 2nd lease. Close to all the stores, property is always well kept and people are nice. Great place to live in Hampton Virginia

Ms. Angela is the best. She’s always helpful and informative. She made my application process/move-in a smooth transition. She took the time to answer questions that others wouldn’t. Her attitude is very welcoming. Angela and Ray really care about the Tenants . I even received a gift bag when signing my lease.

Ray and Angela are great! They make you feel at home with the leasing process. All concerns are handled promptly and they’re very helpful with any other matters. The apt itself is beautiful. I was lucky to be the first tenant in mine and it’s so spacious. Also in this economy is hard to find a place so nice at the price point. 5 stars

Well let’s start by saying I was welcomed and greeted by some awesome staff members. Ray and Angela were both amazingly pleasant to myself. The maintenance team was on point with doing grounds and other services when I walked in. They already made me feel at home and I could not wait to view the apartment. When I arrived there the curb appeal was very clean and nice. Everything was well laid out. No trash anywhere (which is one of my pet peeve). When I walked the model, I was taken away by how beautiful the interior looked. I was excited to apply and when I got the approval, it was all she wrote. Overall my experience was no less then exceptional. Ray and Angela and the maintenance staff are great leaders to run this property. Look forward to living here.

Ray and, Angela are very nice, helpful and, welcoming. The community appears to be kept very well. I am not a resident if the opportunity presented itself I'd take it. I do recommend anyone who may be seeking a place to call home to check Aero apartments out. You guys would be pleased with app fee pricing.
