Hampton Community Townhomes

I've been over here for a year now. I still have not got my dishwasher replaced or fixed I was being overcharged for rent. They were adding fees to my account. That were not supposed to be there. So whoever lives in this complex.. I need y'all to pay special attention to these charges that they're putting on your account. And don't just agree to it because it looks right. Do your research and the women in the office constantly.. Lying to me honestly, I felt like they had something personally against me. I would not recommend living out here.Ghetto Cant wait to move!!!!

I’m very pleased with how attentive and proactive the new management has been. Work orders that sat unattended for months have been taken care of in just a couple weeks Since Cross Rivers communites took over. The switch from SL Nusbaum was much needed. Even the quality of work from the maintenance that’s done is ten times better now.

Maintenance is slow, my daughter put in 3 work orders at the beginning of October and none of them have been taken care of, I had to go over there and try to fix it myself. They slow to fix stuff but quick to let you know that your rent is a day late

This place is infested with mice and roaches. faulty faucets.. nothing is ever fixed. . You pay an extermination fee every single month but services are skipped and they will blame you saying that they attempted to come into your home To cover themselves.. Not a safe place to live and the staff treat you like trash as soon as you sign the lease. If you try to reach out for assistance Mysterious fines and fees are added to your rent each month You will eventually end up paying and extra $400 a month. Hello, my name is Stacy K. My husband and I moved in this community on December 8th 2023. It's a well kept place. When I walk my dog between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. I always see the maintenance man picking up the trash in or around the trash cans as well as the parking lot and grounds. I must say when I call the rental office the ladies are very kind and polite. When I have any type of issues within my townhouse usually the maintenance men would come the same day or by the end of business the next day. This past week we've had issues with our a.c. unit. The men were very quick to come out to fix it. One maintenance man came and checked on us on a Saturday just to make sure if we had any issues with a.c. I told him, I really appreciate him checking on us because the a.c. wasn't. He left and came
