The Chapman Apartments

The resident assistant is outstanding. The young lady in the front office is very sweet, and attentive to their needs. The floor plans are beautiful and very retro/ contemporary. They have many different styles available. The property is very well maintained. If you are considering moving, I strongly recommend the Chapman, it feels like home. Thank you again

I have lived here for the past 3 years and just renewed my lease. Management is outstanding and diligent - Cheers to Kristina and Theresa. These women are on top of every detail in this building. And incredibly dog-friendly! They have dog treats at the office and my dog stops by every chance he gets. They graciously give him treats and attention. The building has added a Cinema, Dog Spa, Conference Room and a brand new fitness room with new machines. It has a dog park too! Controlled access and security are 24/7. The apartments’ living space are nicely distributed and interior does not look old like other places. It is close to everything being part of the PTC area and off I-64. Walking my dog around PTC and the parks is so relaxing. You will like it here.

It's been more than a year living at the Chapman apartments. The location is really nice. All the stores, restaurants, entertainment are literally within a 5 minute walking distance. Its nice to be able to just walk around and see bustling activity. Parking is free. The gym is nice- it never gets crowded ever. The rooftop patios are a huge plus. The club rooms, bike room and conference rooms are also maintained well. Zuleyka from Drucker&Falk, who has been our main point of contact is an excellent property manager- very amiable and quick to attend to concerns. Now for some cons: The corridor carpets on the 2-4 floors just show more dirt and grime compared to the fresh looking 1st floor. Living at Chapman Apartments has been a dream! We moved in a year ago and feel I can write a review now. The staff is amazing - professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The apartments are well-maintained, and the amenities are incredible. The nightly trash valet, second-floor terraces, movie theater, clubhouse, gym, and pet grooming station are fantastic perks. The in-house hotel rentals at a discounted rate are a game-changer for visiting guests, and the attached parking garage is so convenient. Chapman Apartments truly has it all - comfortable living spaces, top-notch amenities, and fantastic staff that really care well for their tenants.

An outward appearance of luxury and not much else. Stay away if you value your safety. I moved to The Chapman sight unseen back in early July due to an expedited move to accept a new job in an unknown city. I encountered a plethora of issues attempting to even get a lease at the place, and attributed it to the location being understaffed - something I still believe to this day. The employees are very kind and I could never fault any one of them for my experiences here. That being said, I should have taken the issues getting a lease as a sign. After I moved in I noticed quite a few issues and submitted an email with all the items that needed to be remedied. Some issues took nearly two months to be resolved.
