Mariah and Nalyssa at Monticello at Town Center are absolutely the best! Every time I’ve stopped by, they’ve been nothing but warm, professional, and welcoming. They really go above and beyond to make the whole leasing experience smooth, and it shows that they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The property itself is always well-kept and inviting, with a great location and amenities that make it stand out. It’s no surprise people love living here. From inquiry to leasing was top tier professional service. I had the pleasure of working with Mariya how is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. All things were orderly and concise. The property has many options to fit many needs and a variety of layouts, storage options, upgrades and amenities.

So I'm going on four years here and each year has been more ridiculous than the last. I'm going to start off by saying this: I have never had a bad interaction with maintenance - they've always been prompt, helpful, and I generally have my issue resolved within a couple of days of requesting it. 5/5 to those guys, they always do a great job. Management, on the other hand, has their priorities sitting at the bottom of the singular dumpster that this community has. Despite having two separate garbage fees (one for a private valet collection service that isn’t an option) and another general waste cost tacked onto your monthly rent, the trash continues to be the most unsightly and unappealing part of living in this community. Only giving 4 because I just moved in, maybe I’ll update to a 5 later! But from the touring to the leasing process Mariya was very helpful and understanding! I was a little bit scared cause I hadn’t seen the actual unit I’d move into but she reassured me and everything was like she said. Also everyone else in the office is nice and helpful; hopefully my time here will only be good experience!

I have always been satisfied with the maintenance staff at Monticello at Town Center. Requests are always handled in a timely manner by an excellent staff. Javon Smith (no relation) has provided the utmost professional service, while also being kind and providing updates on service request. I know my request, whatever it might be, will be handled with care when Javon appears.
