Willow + Wren Apartments

I have been living at Covey for almost a year now. I like it a lot. My balcony has of perfect view of the grill. The staff has made a lot of changes since I have been here and when I have a problem Chester and Jeff fixes it immediately. I don’t have issues with bugs or pest and if I do we have pest control to spray. Check it out for yourself. Odin (my cat) and I loved it here.

Willow and Wren is an amazing place to live. Me and my family love it here. Dominique is very helpful and brings a lot to the community. Recommend 10/10

My parents have had a mice issue. The building is clearly infested, due to a previous tenant who just left a few days ago, but there is no urgency to fix the issue. My parents don’t even want to stay in the apartment. Expensive as rent is, you’d think they would put an urgency when a tenant is uncomfortable & fearful to stay in their own home. My dad has caught 8 mice in 1 night (that’s rediculous). An exterminator came out but apparently did not cover every hole as he said he did. Now we are currently prepared to contact the city. Horrible experience right now!

I have been here since 2020. Chester in maintenance has always come through, and get the job done. He is amazing at what he does. I always appreciate his quickness to make sure the job gets done, and it’s done right. Chester is the best thing about this complex.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not rent from here. Constant issues regarding maintenance and safety with no resolutions. My sibling had no choice but to break their lease because the place is so awful. Having experience as a leasing consultant, please rent elsewhere.
